Lead Pastor &
Rutland Campus Pastor
"It's been clear from day one, that God had something incredible in store for Mission City Church. Our vision and hope is that we do our best to carry out the mission He has given us - to develop and deploy disciples from right here in Rutland! Our heart is to help people find Jesus, follow Jesus and forward His mission! That's our command and privilege. Get ready the best is yet to come!"
Thanks for stopping by. We’re glad you’re here and hope to see you at one of our weekend worship services. Our services aren’t just something we attend or do. We aren’t just a building or an event. We are a people, the body of Christ, sinners saved by grace. That’s right. Our church is full of imperfect people, we like to say we are all are a "hot mess" and that should make you feel all the more welcome. We all fall short of God’s glory and need a Savior—Jesus Christ. We say everyone is welcome - Welcome Home!
Our mission is simple, at Mission City Church we want to reach Vermont and the greater New England area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We do that by Making disciples and planting churches. So everything we do has that vision and drive behind it. We are so honored that you would take the time to join us today! Thank you for viewing our website and finding your way to this page. We hope to see you soon at one of our weekend services!
When do I need to get there?
It’s a good idea to arrive at least 20 minutes early because it presents a great time to fellowship with other attendees. The Rutland Campus has 3 worship experiences you can pick from: Thursdays 6:30pm | Sundays 9:00am & 10:45am.
Where do I park?
You can park right at our space and overflow parking is available just across the street, just look for the MCC flag and signs! Please follow the team’s instructions when parking. We have people in the parking lot ready to serve you as you arrive!
What should I wear?
You’re invited to come as you are, whether it’s a suit or shorts you feel most comfortable wearing. Our members and attendees tend to dress pretty casual.
